Yes, our minimum spend for a full-service wedding package is $4000. This covers flowers, delivery, labour, and set-up/pack-down, plus all the admin and consultations that come with prepping and planning your wedding flowers. If you're on a tighter budget, we recommend ordering from our a la carte wedding menu. The menu is a curated list of our favourite items for a beautiful wedding, without the full investment of a bespoke package.

When you trust us with your wedding florals, we don't just provide the flowers for the ceremony and reception. Our full-service option guarantees one wedding per day so you have our full attention, plus: statement designs that match your budget and prioritise the most important aspects of your vision bespoke design and colour palette/mood board an expert team to guide you up to and on the day of your wedding delivery, set-up and pack-down regular check-ins and updates to your proposal - we know things can change so we'll work with you as things shift

We recommend allocating 10-15% of your total wedding budget towards your flowers; though that can stretch to 20-30% if you're looking for over-the-top luxury. Our couples typically spend around $4,500, which covers personals for the bridal party, a simple arbour arrangement for the ceremony, and bud vases or small arrangements for the reception tables, plus set-up, delivery, and pack-down at the end. Large-scale installations and complex arrangements will increase the price.

You're more than welcome to let us know if there are certain flowers you'd like included (or left out), but we can't guarantee they can be included. We prefer to work with seasonal flowers which may mean certain flowers aren't available on your wedding date. For the most part, the flowers we use are grown on our farm, set in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. When we don't have flowers we primarily source from other flower farms in and around Melbourne. On occasion, we may use imported flowers to supplement or to fulfil a special request in the design, but this is a typically rare event. If you're still 12 months+ out from you're wedding, you're more than welcome to organise a time (by appointment only) to visit the farm and see what's likely to be blooming and available for your day. Absolutely! While most of our work is between the Macedon Ranges, Melbourne, and the Yarra Valley, we are more than happy to work beyond those areas. Travel and delivery fees will be factored into your proposal to account for the extra distance.

This is a great question and something we're asked a lot. When you receive your propsal it will be broken down into three areas: the personal items (bridal bouquet, buttonholes etc) Labour and delivery Onsite costs (typically set up and packdown) Labour and delivery is often the most misunderstood. In the week leading up to your wedding there's hours of invisible work: prepping all the stems and vessels, coordinating with venue staff, sourcing extra blooms, hiring delivery vans if required, coordinating freelance staff and we need to ensure we're not giving this work away for free. We price these separately to give you as much transparency into costs possible, but also to ensure we're pricing our goods and services at a reasonable rate.
