Wedding Flower Packages Melbourne

Our wedding flower packages are perfect for couples hosting small weddings or elopements, or those who prefer a simpler floral setup. If you want to avoid the hassle of in-depth consultations and are happy to place an order and leave the rest to us, our packages are just right for you!

We recommend placing your order at least three weeks before your event. If you need items sooner, just drop us an email at hello@theposyyard.com, and we'll see if we can help. Since we grow our own flowers, the earlier you let us know, the better we can plan our crops!

Our online menu is a smaller, curated list so if you need something else such as a large installation or have a specific vibe in mind, please send us an enquiry for one of our bespoke packages. We'll work with you to get a clear understanding of what you need and provide a proposal that aligns with your budget.

We prefer to delivery the flowers to you to ensure they stay in optimal condition until they're ready to be used. Delivery is available as an order option, starting from $130 depending on the delivery location. Or, choose the delivery + set up option which includes a maximum of two hours onsite to set up your flowers.

Absolutely! Delivery charges start from $120, depending on the postcode of the delivery location, and will be applied at checkout.

We can't guarantee specific flowers in our orders because we're at the mercy of Mother Nature. Our flowers are field-grown, and sometimes weather or pests can affect our crops. However, feel free to include a wishlist when you place your order, and we'll do our best to include your favorites, though it's not guaranteed.

You're more than welcome to include a Pinterest board or inspo photo when you submit your order but we won't recreate it exactly due to a variety of reasons - mainly because creating floral arrangements is an art form and we don't want to be a copycat. We can definitely take inspiration from other designers to ensure your final product matches your vision but is designed in our own style.

Our online wedding menu is designed to be a simple process with little to no consultation needed. We're more than happy to answer any questions you might have but we don't offer a bespoke consultation or proposal. If you're looking for a customised package, fill out our enquiry form to lock in your wedding date.

We'll confirm pick-up or delivery details with you the week before your wedding. If we're delivering your items, we'll need to know when your photographer will be on site and their schedule for the day. For DIY buckets, we recommend picking them up or having them delivered no more than 3 days before your wedding. Store them in a cool, dark place until you're ready to start designing, and make sure you have enough time to put your arrangements together!

We certainly do! We're open most public holidays but always check the calendar in the cart when placing to confirm we're delivering on a particular day.
